What is Energy Leadership?
Whether you think of yourself as a “leader” or not, the truth is that we all lead either by choice or by default, even if it is just in our own lives. Energy Leadership refers to both a particular and unique form of leadership, AND to the process of leading energy so that it works for you, rather than against you. Einstein’s theory of relativity (remember E= mc2?) taught us that all matter is made of energy. The premise of Energy Leadership is that we (human beings) embody 7 Levels of Energy (consciousness) and we can lead or shift that energy in the direction that we choose. We each have our own unique energetic profile, encompassing varying amounts of the 7 Levels of Energy.
Learning how to recognize the levels of energy or consciousness in yourself and others is key to understanding why we think and act as we do. By applying the principles and concepts of Energy Leadership, you can increase your ability to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you. When you do that, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress, and constantly attract positive and powerful people and success to you.

ELI Assessment - A Mirror That Reflects Your World
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables participants to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors (their default tendencies). I recommend the ELI be the initial launching point for beginning a coaching relationship with me, as it helps you to understand your current level of energy (consciousness). Whether you enter into a coaching relationship with me or not, the realizations that you'll gain from the ELI and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.
ELI ASSESSMENT AND DEBRIEF - $250
The self-assessment includes a customized report and a two-hour debrief with me. Upon completion of the assessment, your report will be sent to me and I will contact you to schedule your debrief. You will receive a link to the online assessment within 48 hours of submitting your order.
